Over the past five years while in the Applied Mathematics PhD program at ASU I have slowly been converting over the teaching material I have developed over the past 18 years and made them available in a structured format on www.TheEnglandUniversity.com. This is an ongoing process that is far from done as I have taught a variety of classes across mathematics, engineering, and physics.
I have been extremely lucky to have many students help me with this endeavor. They have, verifying work, wrote problems, added new lecture material and homework problems in other courses, made detailed solutions and have taken part in developing The England University App.
The gains are not just for me and those students who have visited the site. Through the volunteering, these students have refined their skills in logical argumentation, mathematics, physics, HTML, LaTex, Mathtype, software development, as well as many other areas.
I have a lot of appreciation for those that have helped and thought it prudent to identify them here.
