Firstly, this is a generic list. This doesn’t take into account the individual industries within each discipline. For example, the petroleum industry pays extremely well for chemical engineers. If your willing to go to foreign countries, there is hazard pay bonuses but you may get kidnapped by insurgents! Ugh.
Also, while these are “general” starting salaries, there are definite variations amongst different companies within the fields. Additionally, with the advent of 4+1’s, the starting pay is higher as you would have a masters degree.
